If you are ordering a custom baket please fill in the lines below. Please note that $35 is the starting pirce for custom baskets. If you are ordering personalized item  we will need at least a 30 day notice prior to the date needed, to allow us the chance to make sure no items are on back order. There is a deposit required on all custom order that must be paid at the time of order. Deposits are half the price of the order and are  non-refundable.
